WellScan

People: the key asset for your company’s performance.

Are you looking to develop an approach to wellbeing at work and the management of psycho-social risks within your company?

Beyond a company’s social responsibility, managing wellbeing at work is a very real economic issue.

Ignoring the problem of stress in the workplace can cause a company to lose approximately 4,000 per employee per year (source: INRS / ANCT / Dr. Claudia PUT).

1 Euro spent towards the prevention of psycho-social risks helps a company save 1 to 13 Euros on its costs (EU OSCHA 2014 study).

Work-related stress accounts for 40 to 50% of working days lost.

According to the meta-analysis of 225 studies carried out by Sonja Lyubomirsky, Laura King and Ed Diener (2005), investing in wellbeing pays off:
• Sales increased by 37%
• Creativity improved by a factor of 3
• Productivity increased by 31%
