• En tant que recruteur senior, vous gérez l’ensemble du processus de recrutement et de la relation client.

• Vous développez activement les relations avec les clients et les prospects. Vous assurez les entretiens d’analyse des besoins avec les clients. Votre maitrise de la réglementation GRI, des spécificités des métiers liés à la RSE et des enjeux de transformation de la chaine de valeur vous permet d’évaluer avec précision les besoins en recrutement.

• Vous utilisez toutes les ressources dont vous disposez pour trouver des candidats potentiels et attirer les meilleurs talents. Vous veillez également à développer des canaux de recrutement supplémentaires et des stratégies d’active sourcing.

• Vous participez activement aux événements liés aux enjeux de sustainability et la réglementation GRI, ainsi qu’aux salons professionnels, journées des carrières et initiatives de recrutement, développez des coopérations avec des universités et organismes de formation, vous exploitez votre réseau de contacts afin d’atteindre les « candidats passifs ».

• Vous sélectionnez les candidats et conduisez les entretiens.
– Vous réalisez les tests de personnalité pertinents (ex : DISC, Hogan, MBTI…)
– Vous effectuez une évaluation globale de la maîtrise technique des candidats selon les profils spécifiques (ex : Consultant stratégique en RSE, Chef de projet RSE, Développement Durable – Innovation, Chef de projet marketing consommation responsable, Spécialiste taxonomie…)

• Vous organisez les entretiens finaux avec le client.

• Vous assurez avec le service RH du client le suivi des phases de négociation des aspects contractuels jusqu’à l’embauche.

Votre profil :

Vous disposez de :

• Plus de 8 ans d’expérience dans le recrutement, la consultance ou la relation client

• Excellente compréhension du rôle du capital humain dans la chaine de valeur des entreprises dans un contexte VUCA

• Expérience dans la gestion durable et/ou une Certification en GRI constituent un atout majeur

• Maîtrise des nouveaux canaux de communication en matière de recrutement

• Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de présentation, d’influence et de communication.

• Enthousiasme, dynamisme, esprit d’entreprise et esprit pratique.
